  How can I change my password?

  How can I update my shipping or billing information?

 How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases of $35.00 and up. Shipping is calculated at checkout for all other purchases.

  Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

  Where is my order? / How can I track my order?

Orders may be tracked here.

  How long will it take my order to get here?

Most items can be expected to be delivered within 2-5 days. Delivery is generally faster on the East Coast of the United States than the West Coast, as our headquarters are located on Long Island, New York. Shipping to rural areas and P.O. boxes may result in longer shipping times.

  When will my order ship?

We strive for quick order fulfillment. Almost all orders received are fulfilled in one business day of purchase and shipped the next business day after fulfillment, excluding major holidays and weather events.

  What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please note, at this time, Google Pay and Apple Pay are only available within the PayPal gateway.

  How do you protect my credit card information?

Our website does not store credit card information. Credit card payment processing is conducted off-site by our payment processor, PayPal. Both PayPal and our website are secured by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates.

  Do you charge sales tax?

Currently, we charge sales tax for all New York orders.

  When will an item be back in stock?

While we can’t always predict when a particular item will be back in stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it is available. The sign up form will appear on the product page when an item is out of stock.

  How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us to request an order cancellation. We may cancel orders that have not been fulfilled and shipped.
